Motion Light Media offers three distinct pricing plans that allow you to find value for money.
We can engineer a bespoke pricing plan where you can pick and choose which elements that you would like in your plan. Build a bespoke plan here!
*Every project has an assoicated to-do-list, the number of work requests is the maximum number of items that you may have on the to-do-list at any one time.
A work request is a written request to Motion Light Media to complete any work on your website. Each request must be made by submitting a task to your projects to-do-list. Each incomplete task will count towards the limit.
An additional feature is any completely new feature that you request to be added to the website. If the feature partially exists on your website already then the feature is not an additional feature, and will be built upon request. A list of additional features is available in the client portal of this website.
An additional design is any new website design proposal that is significantly different to the existing website design. A design has significant difference if the new design includes a layout that is different to the existing design, for example, a request to remove the header, or to change the shape of the header will be considered significantly different.
Work is considered an emergency if, without corrective work, your website will not function as intended for the end user. For example, the user clicks a link which redirects to an error page. 403, or “Forbidden” error pages are not included in this definition as a 403 error indicates that the user has attempted to access a webpage to which they are not authorised to access.
Any work that is completed on bank holidays, and national holidays will be considered to have been completed out of hours. The listed hourly fee will apply for work completed during out of hours.
Bulk domains are domain names that have been purchased at the same time for the same website with different top-level domains. For example, the following domains would be purchased at the same and be considered a bulk domain purchase:
Premium domain names are defined as any domain name that will cost more than £14.99 to purchase. Discounts may be offered on higher premium plans.
The excess feature on a plan is the price that you must pay if you request a feature from a more inclusive plan. For example, if you are on the Functional plan and are at your limit for work requests, you may request more work requests. In this case, you will be allocated 20 work requests instead of 10. You will be charged the excess fee on top of your existing monthly fee until your existing work requests fall below the maximum number for your allocated plan, i.e. 10 in the above example.
